Yeah hurry up

I wanted to put lights in my base but could not figure out how to disassemble it

Didn't want to risk breaking it

I wanted to put a cathode light in my sub too with windows but decided it was too much trouble. My plans are to install feet and mount the light on the bottom.

Well I manged to screw up my side panel for my Soprano mod and now this too! I feel like a fool. I had a box on top of my sub and it messed the paint up.

This is after some wet sanding and a couple of coats of paint. I hope I can sand out the imperfections when it's ready to be wet sanded again in a few more days.

:\\

Start out with a heavier grit...maybe 600 or 800grit. You going for a mirror finish? I can help you out

rep + for the work

oh yeah, fix those pictures at the top!

I've been checking out your Lian Li case mod, sweet..real sweet. I'm about to head to the garage right now and do some sanding. I'll probably start with 400 then some 600. After this I'll inspect the bad spots and decide if I'll use any filler or not. If so I'll fill in and tomorrow sand and prime. And thanks for the rep!

I had a change of heart concerning the satellites. I'm going to use the speakers but I'll build my own boxes to put them in. The back and sides will be wood and the front aluminum with a port. I plan to use fan guards in place of speaker grills. I'll paint the speaker boxes black but the grills will be chrome.

You'll want to try and dig up some specs on those speakers first, just throwing them into a random box can (and will) have very negative affects on sound quality.

I've given this consideration already. I'm not just going to throw them into a random box. I'm making my own. I've built several car speaker enclosures and a pair of custom home tower speakers in the past with very good results. I expect them to sound better than before if not at least as good. They will be close to the stock size and ported but heaver and better built.

Just checking, you never know with people.

In that case, I can't wait to see how it works for you.
