Razer Pro|Tone M100 In-Ear; Should i get these?

I'm thinking of buying these from an ocn member for $23 shipped, which is obviously a good deal over the retail price.

I would use these with my ipod nano second gen 8gig. But what i am worried about is this, almost all my music on my ipod is 100KBPS (VBR), i encoded it to that through itunes to save space on my ipod.

Would it be worth it to get these earphones with this quality music? I'm an audio newb and am not sure if i would hear improvement over my stock ipod earphones.

I do know this is a pretty good deal though, can't find a better deal on eBay.'

Oh here is the product site, and a review.

Looking at some reviews on head-fi they are actually not too bad for the price. Pick it up, its a definite improvement to the stock ones

That's kinda what i'm thinking.

The audio newb inside me is still concerned over the music quality i have.

But also these would have more bass, which my stock ones are missing.

Any other opinions? Looking to buy these today, just need some more opinions / encouragement

Thats from a guy at head-fi, an audiophile forum.

Anyone else got any opinions?

There is a review of this in the recent issue of Maximum Pc.

I was going to scan it in but my scanner seems to be not working.

Here are some quotes that i picked out

The M100's have plenty of bottom end but it's not the tight, punchy bass that makes you boogie to the beat.

They gave it an 8/10 the review is good and all but the bass is a bit lacking.

Although they do like it because of the noise cancellation and it comes with three fitings.

Dude get them, anything will be better than the stock ipod buds. Although there are those Koss ones that everyone likes. I just can't remember the model number. they are $25 they are clip on but won't cancel out noise
