I'm not so sure you'll find a fan controller than can easily handle a Delta fan, and even if you do find a way to control the Delta fans (I don't think they come with complete 3-pin controllers), I would think their noise level would be no better than the FM121.

I am using the silverstone fm121 on my Sonic Tower, works wonders at 110 cfm/39db/2400 rpm.

Loo..well..this is the extreme solution..get a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme and mount on both sides with zip ties two Delta 220CFM fans Each fan is 60dba

Just a heads up, but if you use the Silverstone with the TT 120 extreme you won't be able to use the clips provided. You will have to use zip ties or something else.
