Heya @Taeric,
I'll find a bit of time in the next couple days, and I'll post my info in your thread so you can add it. I also encourage others, especially top producers, to do the same so the database can be better . Thanks also to you guys for posting up here too , quite interesting to see what kinda rigs you all have going.

@Buick, your production is deffinitely going up alot lately . Looks like you're doing a good job trying to keep all those rigs going, nice job man . If I don't stop gaming so much (I have phases, sometimes I don't game at all for awhile, other times I'm a freak), you'll catch me in a couple months at this rate.

@K092048, Ya like buick says, I think it counts each new machine ID. This also counts if you do something like reload FAH again. I was doing a little experimenting with different folding types, trying out the different clients, before I had the 4300 rig. So at no time did I have more than 4 actual physical cores going, just the 6400 and 6600. But switching to one type of folding (and I uninstalled the original, since it just had finished a WU anyway), then trying the other, then reloading the first type again...the Stanford site said I had like 13 or 14 processors folding. Each time I loaded up a new FAH program, it counted it as new cores every time.

Anyway thanks again guys, let's keep it truckin', we're contributing to something good here .

Hi Roscoe,

Thanks man! Don't worry to much, I still have a long way to go. Besides K092084 is gaining by the day as well...

As for Stanford. They have been releasing papers about some of the advancements they've been making and scientific finds... It's a good read and I know it's a good cause. I'm glad to be part of it. My thanks go to taeric. He's the one who really prompted me to get into this folding thing....

BTW - Who is Jeff_Mace??? I have not seen him post here or anyway for that matter... I know this question was asked before in another thread. Does anyone know???

Take care, :-)

Does it count a processor running 2 FAH clients as 1 processor or as 2? Like if you have each core doing a different WU.
It counts each client (CPU, GPU, PS3) as one, regardless of the number of cores it uses. Reinstalls do indeed count separately, though that quickly works itself out of the 7 day count.

For whatever reason, he has chosen to be an anonymous contributor, though his contributions are certain very welcome.

Agreed! I'm glad he or she is on our team. However, I noticed a slight drop in his/her production. I hope everything is OK with them.... Maybe they're going Quads???

Take care all of you folders! Every little bit helps... :-)

Well I will no longer be a top contributer anymore.
Going to have to uninstall folding on all the work computer. The main corporate office is cutting down on things being put on the computers, they are going to start monitering all the network traffic, because of people downloading and installing programs they are not suppose to, and causing problems, so I can no longer have folding installed. So I will just be down to my couple lone rigs. Was glad I could contribute while I could.

That eventually happens to most "Borge" folding farms. But you still have your rigs to fold on.

yea, just wish I could still help as much as I was. Plus going up in the ranks was kind of nice. Was like 2-300 somehthing before march. Now I am 24. Wonder how slowly will go down. But I will keep folding. And who knows maybe they will say it will be ok.

Hi K092084,

I'm really sorry to hear this... I think others here have had the same results. Companies or schools or whomever, do not like "rogue" programs running on their computers. If they give in to you for folding then they'd have to consider everyone in the organization.

You were real competition though! Just keep going though and add rigs as you can....

Take care and Fold on! :-)
