You know, the source engine is so versatile, I won't be surprised if they update it with DX10 capabilities...just not in Episode 2.
Source's lifespan is going to be phenominal for a gaming engine..I wish more FPS's used it; it's not a resource hog, it has very scalable performance, and it looks good. I think it's what other gaming engines should aspire to be like.
absolutely no resource hog (1920x1200 on Source = 70-80 fps with all
extras maxed, 1920x1200 on Stalker = 30-40 fps with medium all)
