First Time Build Comments/Advice/etc..

Thread Starter
This is my first build,
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, comments, changes etc...
This system will be used for all purposes, gaming, internet meh etc...
Anything not listed here, I already have, eg monitor.
My first time OCing, I will be trying to OC to at least 3.2GHz, hmmm hopefully I get a good cpu week.
Oh I live in UK

Processor:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 [£136.29]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Motherboard:
Asus P5K Deluxe DDR2 [£142.90]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
RAM:
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400C4 (2x1GB) [£83.71]
OR
Crucial Ballistix (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 [£139.41]
OR
Any other good ram from http://www.memory-configurator.com/

The difference in price from the BallistixPC2-8500C5 & G.SkillPC2-6400C4 is almost £60 (like USD$120), that's a lot. Don't know if its really worth it when I would only like to OC to at least 3.2GHz. Hmmm, really not sure on the ram.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Graphics:
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB [£187.99]

I have a 17" monitor so no need for a GTX.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hard Drive:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500GB [£79.07]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Optical Drive:
Optiarc (Sony/NEC) AD-7170S SATA [£20.29]

hmmm, may wait for the new LG GSA-H55N to come out, it has SecurDisc technology.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CPU Cooling:
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler [£31.71]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Case:
Antec Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case [70.49]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Power Supply:
Corsair HX 620W PSU [£97.51]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in Advance

Go G.Skill though.

The HZ's are great memory, but if your budget allows I would go with the ballistix for the simple fact that you wont have to OC them. Unless, of course you really go nuts, but you prolly have to move into water or phase to make that work.

G.Skillz it is then

Only if for some reason you like running RAM faster than the CPU or if you run a CPU with a really low multiplier so that you *have* to run an extreme fsb will it be worth to buy DDR2 1200 or similar fast RAM.
Without even OCing the G.Skillz, If I can get the CPU FSB to 400MHz and run 1:1 divider.

The max multiplier on the E6600 is x9, right?
,so 400x9=3600MHz (in an ideal case), which would be awesome
