Wow, I can't believe I found a thread dedicated to the socket 754's. Well I'm working with the following. I'm going to try and break the world record for the Newcastle chip using water, or at least come close to it.
Case: CM-830 (black) (6 fans)
Mobo: MSI K8MM-ILSR AMD Socket 754 (6741)
Processor: Athlon 64 3400+ (Newcastle)
RAM: 512 RAM Kingston (w/ RAM cooling fans)
CPU Water Block: Storm Rev. 2 (MX-2 thermal compound)
Pump: DCC-2 with XSPC Laing DDC Reservoir Pump Attachment
Radiator: Thermochill PA120.2 (4 Yateloon fans mounted for push/pull)
Video Card: XFX Geforce 7800gs agp (MX-2 thermal compound with stock fans)
Does anyone know how to perform a pencil mod for more volts on the MSI K8MM boards?
