when u took the heat sink off did u apply a thermal compound before u put the heat sink back on

What thermal compound did you use? The only thing I could see to be the problem is the thermal compound used...Even with passive cooling, you shouldn't be getting those temps...and are you sure those temps are in celsius, not fahrenheit?
