well i would say use ati tool and scan from artifact. also if you have the stock cooler on it it will get very hot and you need to set the fan 100 percent. ull only have a limited overclock due to how hot those cards get. the memory clock doesn't make any sense to me for a ddr2 card, it would be normal if it was a gddr3 card.

ZOMG, yeah I'd tone it down a little bit, check for artifacts. Start at a very small oc and work your way up... test each time. Make sure to watch your temps!

Well if the pcb is as hot as your saying, then your gpu is probably a good deal hotter. Since this is your first time overclocking a video card, id back off a little, ecspecially since your not able to find the temps of the gpu, its tough that your first experience overclocking a video card is with that one
