Thanks!
Looks like I'm not too far off on the coolant temps..about 2-3C anyway.

Well I pulled the Fuzion apart and did find some gunk wraped around some of the pins. Not sure if it came from the fuzion gasket or something else, but I see what was said previously about the fuzion gasket, all sorts of stringy mold leftovers but only on one gasket the other was clean.

Plugged Before with gasket on the left as it comes stock:

And this is the gasket after I pulled the junk off:

Anyway, I should have listened to who posted this before, take your fuzion apart and clean that gasket crud out, it could get stuck in your pins later.

Anyhow, it was a nice cold morning, but regardless of the 4C lower ambient difference my temps are doing considerably better now(about 10C lower than yesterday or 4-6C taking the ambient difference into account. I also noticed that TAT for some reason is reporting different temps than Coretemp, so I'm using coretemp now.

Coretemp
31C Idle 36C load, I like that! Now if it would just stay 18C in the house..

Well that certainly helped....Good Deal....Thats any blocks you need to take them apart and make sure there is no crap in them...A guy came through here once who was getting crap temp's and when he took his block apart a piece of a packing peanut had gotten jammed up in his block and was killing his flow...
Man it looks like D-Tek could trim the O-Rings a little closer then that....

Wow..a packaging peanut..that's funny lol!
Yeah it did help quite a bit, as my loop finishes bleeding and the AS5 cures, I'm seeing better and better temps.

I still have another pump coming, so when I set up the second loop I'm going to spend some extra time cleaning everything out really well. I just figured flushing would be enough, but I actually had to take a pin to pick part of that crud out, so taking them apart is a must.

Yeah, D-Tek needs to do a better job with that gasket, I can't remember who posted that before, but I should have been more patient and cleaned it earlier.

The other thing I might try is experiement with some home made nozzles. If I have a pump for the CPU only, then it won't matter too much to restrict flow some. Going to have to buy some brass plugs and break out the dremel.

D-Tek is supposed to be bringing out some inlet nozzles....I've been hearing that for a couple of months anyway...Niksub 1 over at XS has been making jets for them since they first came out, I think he was using plastic for his...You might want to look around for some designs might save you a little time...

It was Dryadsoul that showed all the slag on his O-Ring in his Fuzion....

That had to help your block it was wrapped all around the center of your block..That had to of been killing flow...I'm glad your getting it lined up it just takes time sometimes but its worth it...Thats all we can do is tweak on them till we figure out what it is...Its hard to tell anyone what it is because it could be anything... ...
