1st time OC'ing -- please check pic & help :-)

Ok, so I got around to trying some OC stuff. Please check the included gif to see if Im on the right track. Im an ultra beginner, and this is literally my 1st time trying this, so please be gentle, lol (also, this isnt my computer so ask away if there's anything I didnt mention and I will check) :::

*Specs*
Asus p5p800se
Visiontek xge radeon 1800xt 256mb
Pentium 4 3.2ghz
Seagate barracuda sata 400gb
Plextor dvdr dl sata
256x2 (512 total) Kingston ddr400
256x2 (512 total) Infineon ddr400
Coolermaster Centurion 532 case w/Ocz Tech 520w power
Heatpipe/fan (dont know which, but its a coolermaster)
Rear fan 120mm out/Front fan 120mm in/Side Fan 80mm out

The test is about 15mins into an Orthos run. Here's my ??'s -

1) In Speedfan, when I start it it immedietly tries running something in the dialogue box (SMBus msg : etc ..) it tries like 100 lines of text before stopping. Whats going on with that ?

2) In the Bios, I cant find a Multiplier option .. Im guessing there isnt one, and I can only adjust the Bus Speed ?

3) While adjusting the Bus Speed, I was able to get this high with no problem (240mhz) I think it was around 245mhz before Orthos crashes on me around 2mins in. I guess this is a safe setting to use ?

4) I included a pic of the Memory tab in Cpu-Z .. I have not made any adjustments to the memory settings (quite frankly I dont understand what they stand for .. I see them in Bios, but didnt touch them) Do I need to do anything to the Ram settings here ?

5) I left to Cpu voltage to 'Auto' in the Bios .. The lowest setting seems to work fine as Cpu-Z didnt report any huge jumps to 1.4+ or anything. It pretty much stayed solid. Am I ok with this, or should I force more into it ?

6) Temp wise I am jumping from anywhere from 59 to 63 or so when Orthos is 100% load. Idle, its around 46. My room is rather hot, but it seems like im in the safe temp range ?

Appreciate it very much .. any suggestions are Highly Welcomed !!! Im really trying to learn here, so whatever isnt right, please advise me.

Thanx !!

1. Yes, this is speedfan reading the sensors.

2.Yes, the multiplier is usually locked so it cant go up

3. Use 240 and make sure its at least 8 hrs+ Orthos stable

4.Well you are already running a divider so that is ok, just wait until they get to 200MHz and that will be stock(DDR400=200MHz bus speed)

5.this should be o.k.

6. 60C is max you want to go so get some better cooling

Can you explain 4) a bit more ?

Whats a divider and how do I know I am running it ? Also, do I need to set an option to raise to get the ram from the current 160 to the correct 200 ? If so, where in the Bios is that usually found ?

Sorry to seem like a beginner, but I have to start somewhere :-)

Well usually your ram runs at a 1:1 ratio in which case right now your ram would be running at 240 the same as your FSB, but it is running at 3:2 which means your ram is running at 66% of your FSB. So if you want to keep overclocking you should leave it here that way you could hit 304*16 or 4.864 GHz and your memory would only be at stock speeds
