The card isnt worth it, it provides a very slight ping drop and a slight up in fps but for the price it is not worth it.

Its bassically another PC in your PCI slot.

Runs all the programs an internet server would do, ie firewall, torrents and all that stuff

Probably not nearly worth the money for a small drop in ping.
Yeah it would put less stress on the CPU, maybe a FPS gain.
