nVIDIA For sure ATI/AMD is running in to the ground I look for them to become bankrupt unless they release something amazing with the Phenom processors

first of Zoob welcome to ocn, I see you just joined. For dx10 cards you really can't compare ATI with NV yet...NV is way ahead with drivers so they are stronger right now but I believe there is a lot more power that can be squeezed out of the 2900xt.

Also the rumour is that a 1gb version of the 2900xt will be coming out within the next month which definitely sounds promising on the ATI side.

When the 1gb version comes out Nvidia will have something too.

ANyways Nvidia has had their product out for 6 months and AI under 1 and the x2900xt (with current drivers) has the performance of an 8800GTS. It also gets in between 80-100 degrees celcius.


Nvidia is obviosuly burning (well ati's card will burn you personally hand face...) ATi in performance
