I shorted something out :( Can someone fix it?

ya so, everything was running good and stable, was just idling and listening to music. Then.. a small Copper MOSFET heatsink, i had put on a voltage regulator earlier, fell off.. and it landed right ontop my gfx card Immediately, my system just shutdown, and attempted to re-boot, but it couldn't display anything on the monitor

Then i was like of phuck ...... ..... .....

I shut down the system completely (used the kill switch on back of PSU) and i could see and smell some smoke comming off the top of my gfx card around where the memory controller is, but not on the actual chip. (It wasn't much smoke, but it was enough like when you light a match etc.)

I took out the card, and like there's a TINY little hole where it's sorta brown; on Contact 'C543' or 'C544' it's about 3 holes to the right of it, and there's a brown'd little hole.. see pic (yellow hole = burnt dot thing)

Now.. i'm willing to pay ~$15-25 if someone can fix it (if it's possible). plz PM if interested.

I CANNOT RMA CARD, I DO NOT HAVE SERIAL NUMBER/STICKER THING!! THE PIC ABOVE IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF THE 7900GT PCB
