Help me get past 2.8 GHz!

Now that I have water cooling my temps don't seem to be a problem anymore but i cant seem to get past 2.8 GHz without being stable. Plus some of my BIOS and cpu-z settings contradict each other which is a little confusing.

My load temps are around 44° so I have some room, want to get to at least 3 GHz or so. Once my FSB gets around 360-365MHz i start getting rounding erros in Orthos/Prime95. Here are my BIOS settings:

CPU Clock: 350 MHz
N/B Strap: PSB1066
DRAM spec: By SPD (2:3)
CPU Core: 1.325v
DDR2: 2v
MCH: 1.25v
ICHIO: 1.5v

I leave the DRAM spec alone because the last couple of times i changed that my comp didn't start and i had to clear the CMOS. And here are my cpu-z shots:

Notice my RAM is running at 1:1 while BIOS says 2:3. What do I have to change to make it stable higher than 2.8 GHZ?

Probably more vcore. Your probably getting to that point where you have to start pumping up the vcore to get higher frequencies.
Also sometimes adding MCH and NB voltage will help.
Make sure your ram has enough voltage.

And maybe you should just set the RAM freq yourself, instead of letting it be auto done by SPD

Set PCI-e frequency to 100mhz, I needed it to pass 2.8 aswell..

The PCI-e frequency is at 100 mhz, i don't mess with that. But I changed my DRAM spec to DDR2 533 (1:1) in the bios so at least that is true for the bios and cpu-z. Now that I'm at 360MHz FSB stable 1.35 vcore, my multiplier switches from 8-6x when idle yet I have the C1E function disabled, why is it doing that?

EDIT: Ok at a FSB of 365MHz I get the rounding error, I'll try upping the MCH and ICHIO a little and see what happens

UPDATE: BTW the C1E function is only enabled in vista (no matter what the BIOS says). I upped my vcore to 1.375 my RAM to 2.1v my MCH to1.35 and my ICHIO to 1.6 and now everything seems stable at 365MHz. yay

I got to 3 GHz (375x8) but now I'm getting the rounding error in orthos. What do I have to change now?

FSB: 375 MHz
N/B strap: PSB1066
DRAM spec: DDR2 533 (1:1)
vcore: 1.375v
DDR2: 2.1v
MCH: 1.4v
ICHIO: 1.6v

EDIT: I upped the DDR2 voltage to 2.2v and everything seems ok now, and I'm now hitting around 50°C on load so i guess I'll leave my o/c at that.
