Sucks that your fans are so loud, I've got 3 of the 120x38 90 CFM's and free flow they are whisper quiet, only when I test them on the rad and with grills do I get much noise.

I use the Rheobus and have not had any problems. The LEDs are kind of blinding but that's about it, works great.
That's the exact same one I just ordered last week, suppose to be good for 20 watts a channel. Before that I had a thermaltake piece of junk that fried 3 of the 4 channels only running 2 fans or about 6 watts each. With 20 watts a channel, my Panaflos use 3.6 watts, I can easily run one channel for each triple rad.

Anyway, the sunbeam seems like it handles good power (probably enough to power 4 fans per channel depending on the fan), but I havn't used it yet.

My only advice is avoid the Thermatake Fan controller. I've also made a 5V molex converter, but 5V is so low, most fans are barely spinning at that point, you really need something that can run in the 7-10V range.
