Annoying load time

Alright. This is going to be a toughy to explain but I will do my best. If you take a look at my system specs you can see that I have a pretty good system IMO. Now I reformat about every 2 month and check for Spy ware, virus's etc. daily so I am 95% sure that this is not caused by any of this. Now here is what happens.

I start my computer and everything runs fine. Play a couple of games do what ever. I keep playing exit the game. Play a different game, quit the game the usual. Then I try to start another game about usually an hour later and it will take my computer about 20 minutes to load the damn game. BF2 does it to me a lot. I will get BF2 screen on my desktop it will dissapear, I check my task manager and it shows that BF2 is there. So i keep waiting and after 20 minutes the game finally starts. Why does this happen? It also happens when I open a browser. It will take 5 minutes to open it. But as soon as it everything is open it works fine. so do the games. Why does this happen. can anyone explain this to me? Its really frustrating and i reboot like 5 times a day because of it.

Download a ram defragger and run it after this much intense ram usage, or do a restart.

Do you think that this should fix it? and I prefer NOT to have to do a restart every single time.

It could also be caused by a program or an .exe hogging up cpu load. In task manager you should check your CPU load and see if any other programs are using an unusual amount.

I was checking for that and the highest CPU load was 20% so its not that.

Sometimes this happens to me and it's because of a program that isnt using much CPU load but it just.. for some reason.. slows down other programs even if CPU load is under 10. Exit out of any unnecessary applications you don't need?

Thats what I have been doing for the last 2 weeks to minimize the problem. I am only using like 200MB of ram and nothing is open at all except AVG. I don't know what could possibly be using that much memory/cpu load. Like I said as soon as the game/browser start the lag is completely gone. Thanks for trying to help tho

Exit outta AVG? I use AVG and sometimes it slows down my comp altogether
