I would replace some.

G.Skill DDR2 800
EVGA 8800GTS 320MB

I don't see a Power Supply. I am hoping that you do not plan on using the one that come with the case if it does come in a combo.

Thanks for the rep. The RAM I have selected for you above are one of the best RAMs out there. They can hit 1100 ~ 1200Mhz with like 2.35 voltage or somewhere around there.

Not bad bro. Only thing I would wanna change is your hard drive and maybe pick up one with 16m of cache if you want. Not sure how much that will impact your overall performance but I would grab one if you can. Something like this: Seagate 320gig Perp

You're probably going to hear some flack about the Rosewill PSU - don't listen to it. I got a 550w recently and it works great!

And for an extra $10, this video card comes clocked a little faster. 'Course you could probably do the same thing with ATItool and save yourself the money...

Do get a SATA DVD burner:
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16827131047

And a better hard drive (16MB cache, and just better):
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16822148144

And despite the combo deal, I would consider a different PSU, such as this one:
