Oh, Help needed for cheap coolant!

Thread Starter
I will be running a water cooling system with a 5.25 res bay
and about 7 feet of 1/2 id tubing and 2x 220 swiftech qp rads. I ordered 32 ounces of Fluid XP extreme coolant, cost me 35$ . I was wondering,

What would be a good mixture (not including the fluid xp coolant)
to make a cheap coolant? i've heard about distilled water and other stuff?

or could I mix my fluid XP with distilled water to make a nice coolant?
because i dont wanna spend another 35$ to fill my piping. i understand
that as soon as i mix the fluid XP with distilled water it will become conductive
i dont mind that.

thanks babies

why use the fluid xp then? it's thicker than water = not as good a coolant

it also leaves nasty gunk in your tubing.
