stock drivers from the nivida site will do you just fine...no game out right now will demand enough from your card that you will need that little boost in performance

Lost Planet will.

I get around 20-30fps running the DX9 version maxed at 1024x768. I also only have 1gig of ram though.

Just wait till newer games come out....

Really that low? I was getting at least 50 average with maximum settings and 1440x900 res. And I have 1 gig of ram too. This was the test ingame. The actual game would play about a minute and lockup. Bad demo.

I use the latest nVidia drivers from their website.

Indeed....i like the game itself, graphics are pretty good...but the damn demo crashes everytime! I cant even play it anymore cuz all it does is crash

Were you using AA?

I was using full HDR with 8x AA.
