Well here's my big issue with the iPhone. I'm a bigggg time txt-er (if you will), on average I have ~2000 txts in and out per month, which is why I just bought the enV. But how on earth could anyone txt on a touchscreen? It would take an eternity to get a message typed out, and the battery would be used up just as fast as if you were watching a video.
With text-messaging becoming more and more popular amongst the younger crowd and even the older people, I think the iPhone is really going to fail in that sector of the market, and only really sell to bigwigs and people who only need a phone for calls and browsing, since E-mail from your iPhone will be a lost cause as well.
EDIT: And for those features, you might as well go with the more reliable, long-proven Blackberry.
