stunning... lol

it will blow your mind!!!....

That is a top end rig... even with the E6300 at 3Ghz... with a Q6600... thats another world... (apart from in gaming cos no game really uses quad core yet)

Too much

SLI with 8800's is utterly pointless unless you have a large resolution (and nope, 1680 x 1050 does not qualify as a large resolution).

I'd get a single 8800GTX and invest AT LEAST a 24" monitor, preferably 30". Then, yep, you have a reason to go SLI.

Who says you can't run Crysis full blown with a single 8800? Is there yet any proof that DX10 will be more demanding on the cards? Since the cards are DX10 optimized, might it not be that they handle DX10 games easier?

I don't know. I haven't seen proof either way.

well from the 2 dx10 demos wev seen so far then dx10 and 8800gtx are performing crap. ID hold back and wait for crysis to acutally come out before you go spending. Unless, which by the looks of things you have money to burn.

My GTX ran Lost Planet great...The game is aweful but the look was impressive... I say spend the money now and don't wait for the next best thing. Buy what you want...
