The holes are the same on NB & SB and we have the same board so... YES.

And if I am correct the p5B deluxe has 2 hole mounting that is identical for both sb and nb, so you should be good to go.

yea its just that the way they have the mounting arms for the enzotech heatsinks are kinda.. different in looks.

I'm getting the Circular heatsink i think. but man.. i applied some ASC to the SB, and ASUS, they used litterally.. the worst thermal paste (if it's even that) i've ever seen. it was all crusty and dried up. like looking at grey super glue on a flat surface..
