X1950PRO and X1650XT use internal bridge. X13xx, other X16xx, X1800 GTO and X1900GT do 'Softfire', using the motherboard bus for communication. All others, including the X1950XT(X) need the outside cable.

Personally, I'd probably have gotten a single 8800GTS 640MB.

3DMark06:
8800GTS - 12,036
Crossfire X1900 - 11,830

That must be a crossfire x1950xtx link as (indicated here http://xtreview.com/review141.htm) only the cf 1950xtx's get anywhere near 12k. Therefore their argument that 1950pro crossfire beats a GTX is worthless because even X1950XTX CF can't come even close to beating a GTS. - Check 3dmark links

You're telling me that I don't tell the truth about my OWN benchmarks?!?

That was definately a bench with an E6600, and Crossfire with an X1900 Crossfire Edition and an X1900XT

Ok then they were highly oced and even if they were not a x1900xt is still better than a x1950pro =/

yep, and my SINGLE 8800GTS is more than a good match for the Crossfire set up (although the CPU speed is a hair faster also)
