Alright, now to the real question, i know this has been asked 1 million times, but how do i get the F@H to take 75%-80% CPU power when i am idle? Thanks in advance!!

You have 2 cpu cores.

You can run 1 SMP client, which can use up to 4 cpu cores or you can run 2 single core clients.

With your CPU I would try out the WinSMP client. Your system should do well with it. You can also try loading linux through VMware and the linux SMP client.
