Gigabyte GA965P-S3. Dirt cheap, overclocks EXTRAORDINARILY well. I really don't care if it doesn't have solid capacitors. I mean, whats the difference between 7 and 12 years life anyway LOL....

That green one? I received my second stick yesterday afternoon. I saw an instant performance boost.
Those cost more than hz's and have looser timings and lower voltage options, why not go ahead and get HZs

I bought 1GB green stick when I first built this rig, I didn't want to mix the black one with the green one and my budget limited me a bit. It doesn't matter, I saw an performance increase and I'm satisfied.

Yeah but you took the time to lap your CPU. So, with the HZ's you would be able to overclock much better! I am sure you have more headroom. With a BT and my cheap ram i can hit 3.9 but i stay at 3.5 cause its on 24/7.

It WAS the Q6600, but my girlfriend is bringing home Gigabyte P35 DS3P right now and I think that's about to be my favorite part.

Runner ups:

2) Enzotech Ultra-X CPU cooler
3) 4 x 1 Gb G.Skillz. They look cool!

Nothing on my rig is very great, and as such, I'm gonna go with my monitor. Its technically part of the computer, and seeing as how I stare at it all day...well, its sexiness allows me to enjoy my computer on nice resolutions...
'bout time.
