Question regarding previous pic: What's the purpose of "heating up" the tubing? Help remove kinks on bends, or something?

So it is easier to put on the rad/block/pump etc. Soft tubing is much easier to work with.

46C idle with a triple 120mm rad is WAY too high. Your water block must not be seated correctly. With my GPU, NB, and CPU at 1.5v I idle around 27C (ambient of 23C).

To clarify: Put 4-5" of tubing into a pot of boiling water to soften the stuff up. Don't put a lighter under it

I dip the end in rubbing alcohol if its going on metal barbs and if on plastic I rub a little glycerin and water on the barb first and a little on the inside of the tube it will usually slide right on then..

Looking good man, good work. The temps are a little higher than when I first got mine up, but the more C2D loops I'm seeing the more I'm thinking they run a bit hot especially when we're pushing 50% OC on them or more.

The fans on the rad, those are pulling I assume? If they were pushing you might be sucking hot air in from the case.
