Odd, a 3200 SanDiego, there usually Venice cores.
The Sandy is almost always a far better OCer than a Venice, I say almost because an odd batch of Venice were hitting 3G.
Work up slowly from this point... consideriong where your at no you seem to know what your doing.
Keep the HT in check and only up any votages as needed. Watch the CPUs full load temp... 50c nax.

It looks like you've got some room with those timings, maybe it could get to around 500mhz

lol no way will it!

value ram you will be luck to get an extra 15/20mhz out of them.

your best sticking them on a huge divider and seeing how high ya cpu/mobo can go, then just bring your ram back up as close to 200mhz as poss

TY, but I am by no means proficient I am always willing to learn more and you guys are just super cool and very helpful!

I can't get it to boot if i move it to 400mhz should I up the DDR voltage and if so whats safe 25%? or loosen the timings a bit or both?

I think getting them up from stock 400mhz to 458mhz is pretty good too!
