Hey guys, just started folding.

My system below, and my opty is OC'ed to 2.7 at the moment.

My first work unit is 5000 points and it is taking 32s/frame is that too long or is that average?

1150/5000 already and estimated time till finish is 1day 10hours

I'm new to this so i don't know what is slow and what is not, thanks for any assistance.

Iced.

To get a more realistic response always include the client you are running (Although I assume you are running the single core graphical client based on your seconds per frame rather than minutes per percent), the WU project number, and your CPU OC. I can see you have it at 2.7. I dont run an Opty 165 so I cant give you reliable feedback, but if you include the other info from above, other may be able to give you a response.

There is also a site that lists speeds and such that is searchable by Processor, Project Number, etc. Here is a link to the page for searching.

Hope this helps and an Opty owner can give you better feedback as well.

I have no idea what client i am using. I thought there was just CPU or GPU client.

I'm using the CPU one, SMP i think is the one.

It's the one that shows you the proteins whilst working.

Thanks anyways.

It's not the GPU client, it's the graphical client

GPU client is the one that folds on your video card (GPU)

edit... double post, I fail
