I really like that PC Power & Cooling CPU. I just double checked with the case I have and it's extra length would fit fine. May be my final choice.

As for the RAM.. I don't understand exactly what you guys mean, 1:1, 4:5.
The gist of what your saying though is that I could overclock that G-Skill to be as fast as the 1066 PC8500?

If you still want a $100 PSU...
I just built an e6320 rig for a friend w/ this:

Been reccommended many times finally went with it.
GREAT PSU for $100.
Very well built, modular is very well designed.
140mm fan is dead silent, case is sleek, power is perfect for his setup (EVGA 8600GT, basic other items...)
