The Tuniq, though, is very good. It is comparable to water cooling. It is a combination fan/aircooled heatsink with an integrate phase-change cooler.

They are very difficult to find lately and pretty expensive, but they are a damn-good proc.
Damn! I was going to get one of them but it was out of stock at the time so i went Zalman 9700LED instead. And the Tuniq Is cheaper than the Zalman by £15

They are HUGE and heavy. I freaked when I saw that my Striker had a slight bend when upright...you can easily see it on the pics.

Not kidding at all.

Always, (excluding situations with wierd memory dividers), upping the FSB is preferable to upping the multiplier.

If you are using DDR2 800 memory, you may want to see if you can get your System bus to 400 (or even above w/ OCed memory) so that you don't need to run a divider at all on your memory.

From there, let's say you can hit 410FSB (possible, but not likely), from there you would do something along the lines of:

9 x 410 = 3.690 GHz

410 x 2 = DDR2 820 MHZ w/o divider and with tightened timings

THat would be ideal, but maybe not possible.

Also, your front side bus would be 1.64 GHz whcih should alleviate some of the bottlenecking even more.

**EDIT - I see you are using DDR 1066, so forget about what I said about elminating memory dividers. Nonetheless, a higher FSB is still preferable.

I was comparing my SLI scores to Cog's SLI scores, something odd hit me on the graphics part:
_______________ nitteo - cog
Video Memory____ 512 MB- 1024 MB
Core Clock_______ 108 MHz - 108 MHz
Memory Clock_____ 378 MHz - 378 MHz

Video memory is half??? Does this mean that my SLI is not running correctly then?

Not sure what that means. However, SLI does NOT double the video memory!! It will still run as an '768MB' card.

Just thought I'd jump into this thread and point out that you're unimpressive SLi scores are definately down to poor drivers. I highly recommend that you obtain the ForceWare 158.45 beta drivers, they did wonders for my benchmark scores by a couple of thousand points in SLi. There are also 165.01 beta's available at Guru3D if you search for them.

Chozart is 100% correct, though 3DMark should still show the same amount of memory as Cognoscenti's as I know she is definately useing drivers with decent SLi support.

So anybody got an idea why it's showing 512? or 1024 for that matter?

Nitteo I know this is dumb, but make sure that in bios the vga memory is set to 768mb not 512mb, maybe the bios is holding it back. Once had a problem with that, mb kept dropping down the vga mem from 256 to 64 on cold boot.
