First Time OC, any good?

I can't really go much higher because of my RAM, DDR2 667 MHZ. This is my first real attempt at OC'ing. So is this decent? I am loving the temperatues even though I have a Glacialtech Igloo 5700 with a Silverstone fm121 strapped to it. Cheap but seems very effective.

Since I can't really OC much anymore right now I am going to put off getting a better CPU cooler and get 2 new 200GB SATA drives for RAIDing my my OS, instead.

Yeah I just built this system so getting more RAM isn't an option right now. I am happy with it as is. The overclock reduced my SuperPI from 20ish seconds(can't remember now, I think it was 22-23) down to 16s and my 3Dmark went from 14000ish to 17600. That and my idle/load temps are 25C/45C with a 21C ambient. So I get great performance and won't burn up my chip.
