Added EVGA 8800GTS and SB Audigy2 ZS(thanks to soloz2 ) So here are some new pics
I know the pressure side on the pump is a little 'taught', will be getting some more tygon tomorrow so I will make that bit a little longer and I ordered some neon green and some uv red dye too so we'll see which one looks better and go with that since I have to drain the loop anyway to change that piece of tube
You'll also notice I added a drain on the lower portion there with the 'Y' fitting, just drilled another 1" hole and added a fill port, works wonderfully

I have also ditched the front LCD in favor of the nexus 3.5" fan controller and I added the kama bay cooler for and extra intake too.

ohh....also added two more fans to the rad. for a total of four in push/pull configuration

You can see here I also made a cutom side panel from 16gauge steel and some plexi. Unfortunately my camera was down while I was making this piece. Turned out really nice I thought and gave me more room for the wires on the back side; I also added some fans there too, one to blow on the backside of the MB near the CPU/Mosfets and one to pull the hot air from the HD's out.
This panel took me about 3 days to make
I hat to cut and bend the steel, drill and rivet it to the panel, cut the plexi and then paint it all up, it was very tedious but, worth the effort

Build-up parts:

Xeon 3060 (e6600) L630F stepping

sounds like a nice setup =]
let me know how the xeon runs, i was gonna have a 3060 but i decided on getting a E6420, as its quite a lot cheaper for simalar performance.

Well I've got it at 3.6 right now on 1.42 volts, FSB is 1600 with the stock 9 multi, 9+ hours Orthos stable. I got the Xeon because I heard it was just the E6600 but, the steppings were earlier than the E6600 out right now. So I got it in the hopes it will overclock better, we'll see how it goes; so far so good though

EDIT: oh yeah, temps right now are at 36c idle and about 53c load. I will be removing the NB from the WC loop when the new NB cooler arrives and also lapping the chip. So hopefully I can keep my temps in check when going up in FSB/Voltage....

I am painting this thing and wanted it to be black inside and out. I used a metallic black (gun metal type) color. It turned out really sharp in the end and pictures do not due it justice. Here's the teardown of the case so it can be painted....

and here's the fill port and exhaust holes drilled

Still rounding up the other pictures, more to be added

Chunks I got out of the radiator. I Rinsed this thing out soooo many times with distilled water, it took forever before it finally started to come out clean.

Took apart the Fuzion because everyone was saying how bad the "slag" was around the gasket from the injection molding process, there weren't kidding!
Here's the gasket before I removed the access cr*p from the edges.

The Fuzion cleaned up and reassembled, and the excess I had removed from the gasket; glad I took it apart, I would hate to have that stuff peel off and end up in the pump!

After the radiator was all flushed out and the water blocks were dis-assembled and cleaned throughly, I hooked up the pump and radiator and ran a mix of alcohol and distilled water to clean/kill anything that might be left in the radiator. Water came out clean so I called it good. Now it was time to assemble and bleed the system

Yet more pics still to come

Thanks man! I spent way too many hours on this thing. I sleeved every visable cable on the thing, and spent a whole weekend painting, wet sanding, and clear coating the case. Also took me over 2 days to completly clean the cooling system out; then another whole day of bleeding/leak testing before I felt comfortable puting al the components in the case. I'm just glad it's together finally and running!

And the power supply is great! It seams to have very stable rails. I am impressed, a very good product for the money. Those SATA cables are great too, I would definitely recommend them, the 90 degree side is a life saver

Yes it is. I heard a rumor that the 3060 had earlier steppings though because there weren't as many sold and it was only $11 more so I figured it was worth it. Whether it's true or not I don't know? The stepping is L630, don't know how early that is but, I know people were having greater success OC'ing the older E6600 as apposed to the new ones. So that's why I got it

Seams to be doing good so far, I have it at 1.45 vcore and 3600mhz stable(seams to be the norm with these chips)
I hope to be able to at least get to 3800 but, we'll see how that goes...
