Build me a watercooling setup for $250 or less

like the title says! getting ready to buy very soon! i already have the Black Ice 360gts radiator. So I need everything even down to the thermal paste and coolant! I'm wanting a NB cooler as well however a gpu cooler is not neccessary but if it can be fitted in that would be awesome! 8800gts. e6420 with a p5n32-e sli! Thanks!
