What’s the best way to OC the Intel D925 3.0G CPU? And what’s the expectation of this? 3.6G?

Thanks in advance

It is a typical Dell machine. Model is OptiPlex GX620 with Intel D925 30.G CPU.
I am thinking to take the CPU out and buy some components to build an OC machine but I need some suggestions on which components to buy so the budget under $600.

Thanks,

Wow. 820 CPU to 4G. Is the ABIT AW9D-MAX really that good? Where did get the RAM?

Push the FSB up to 267mhz and voltage ~1.325 with 15x multi and boom 4.0ghz. This was done with value ram.
