I just got my video card today, and I have had my processor for a couple of years now. The processor is old, but is apparently an exceptional overclocker.

Here are some pics and specs of what I have.

ASUS EAX1950PRO PCI Express Video 256MB DDR3

I got a free copy of FEAR with it too.

It is pretty. Not flashy, pretty.

This is in the mail.

Solid State Capacitors - For Enhanced Performance and Durability
Solid State Capacitors in the CPU and PWM areas significantly reduce heat and offer the most stable voltage regulation, thereby increasing performance while extending product life even under the most stressful conditions.

100% Japanese Caps
Special PWM layout ensures a stable current to all parts of the motherboard. 100% Japanese made capacitors surround the PCB for enhanced stability, performance and durability.

Silent Cooling - Efficient and Noise Free Operation
North- and South Bridges are cooled separately by abit Engineered extra-wide and highly efficient heat sink and heat spreader combinations, creating a totally silent motherboard solution.

Factory Overclocked - Supercharged System Bus
Your board runs faster than its peers – with absolutely no overclocking skills needed. Instead, a supercharged, factory overclocked system bus provides the hidden powers you need to Obliterate the Competition and take home the win!

Optimized Networking - NVIDIA® FirstPacket™ Technology
Gigabit Ethernet with the innovative FirstPacket™ Technology from NVIDIA® lets you connect directly to high speed Internet and Local Area Networks, while actively reducing latencies in online play. +++UPDATE+++

I got the board in the mail yesterday [Thursday, June 14th] and I tried to put it in my case, and frankly, it felt like it was too much for it. It was too big.

So, I decided that I was too excited to wait and I set it up on my desk.

I got the processor up to 4GHz + unstable at first, but I messed around with the voltages a little bit and I ended up just putting it right at 4.0.

Will do. That is why I started the thread.

I still need a decent case with a windows for around $50-$70. I am going to get GSkills later on, but I don't have the money right now. I will have some off-brand RAM in it when it gets here. I want to get some cold cathodes too.

Case, eh?

Here is one that is inexpensive and has a window. I can not comment on the quality, but there are some reviews.
The design is different, but not too weird.

If you flet up to a little modding, you could get a window-less case and install one yourself. It is fairly easy.

Here is an inexpensive window kit.

This is what that particular product looks like installed.

I got the board in the mail today. [Finally] It is beautiful. It is very well laid out and I like the interface and everything. Only problem is that I do not have a case that will fit it.

I was planning on taking the case from my current desktop system and putting it in there, but it is too big. I am really confused now as to what kind of case I need.

I thought my last system was ATX (the board, an AGP, and three PCI slots).

What would the form factor of this board be?

Problems.

I am installing Windows MCE on it and I will start posting pictures when I build.

I am really considering building a wooden case for it. I think it would be fun. I have a 14" x 14" piece of glass that I could use as a window.

By your description it is possible that you do indeed have an ATX mobo now, and the previous mobo was a mini-ATX or uATX...?

Is This your new mobo?
