This is my first semi-extreme build. I just opened the case and the north bridge heat sink like to have burned my finger off. then i touched the ram and felt the same thing. the graphics card to. Is this normal??? Any good softwares to download that display ram, cpu, and gpu temps?

RAM you can't measure because it doesn't have a sensor on it, the stock nVidia drivers have a temperature guage in the control panel, and get Motherboard Monitor to watch your CPU, case, and PWM temps.

NB gets pretty hot, it normal. Do you have any stability issues?. If not your probably okay. You can invest is a NB cooler if you want it to cool down or try to lower your NB vcore.

And ATITOOL for the GPU... Or any nVidia tool...but I still use ATITOOL

I cant touch my NB, ram, or GPUs without burning myself either. Newer hardware is pretty hot.
