I don't think that 1.3v is enough for 2.9Ghz on that CPU, try raiseing it.

Have you got anything like Cool N Quiet enabled in the BIOS and what is the actual CPU vCore that you've set in the BIOS?

Also, by "not stable" what made you come to this conclusion? Has your system failed Orthos or is it at the point where you're getting random lock ups and BSOD's?

it keeps on restarting on me.. im on it right now but it keeps on restarting..

try ram at 5 5 5 15 at 2.0 or 2.1, try 1.4 to 1.5 vcore

If your motherboard is undervolting your CPU vCore then simply raise it even further to compensate. Obviously be sure to use monitoring software, or at least the motherboard's built in volt monitor, to confirm the actual vCore. Either way, 1.3v CPU vCore is no way near enough for the overclock you have. You need to raise your CPU vCore to at least 1.5v.

yeah. move your vcore way up. that hardware will not support a 2.9gHz OC if you are only running 1.3v.
