Memory Problems

Thread Starter
Okay, so I just got my new system today and put it together.. I have the ASUS M2N4-SLI mobo w/ this ram... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231087

My problem is, when I start up my comp, CPU-Z says my ram is running at 400 mhz at 5-5-5-15 timing.. I've looked in the bios and there aren't any options to manually change it.. Any help is appreciated

Well, it should be running at that speed. Fill in your computer specs first.

Yup. Your memory is running at 200MHz, transferring 4 bits per clock. So it's AS IF it's running at 800MHz (but we say it runs at DDR2 800), transferring 1 bit per clock.
