This case has got a very solid inside. No pop-can crap here. I've sat myself and things heavier than myself on top of it before and I could beat someone to death with it easily.

ohh.. that thing is ugly! I think mounting 2 120mm fans on the top would do it some justice

The tool you are going to want is called a hole saw. Try to get a metal version as opposed to wood. There is a difference in how it will cut.
When you first start to cut, and after the guide bit has gone thru, put the drill on reverse to start and score the cut. You need to hold firmly, but the bit will not bite when is is in reverse. Next flip the switch and you have a grove to follow.

Yeah, you sitting on it means it's sturdy.

But, beating someone to death with it. . . I could do that with an empty soda bottle. . .
