Now you just need a simple test to figure out flow rate.
The general one I have seen for flowrate is to take a bin bag, tape it round a piece of card with a hole in the middle for the fan and then see how long it takes to fill up. However there would then be the difficulty of people doing that...
Maybe something like a pencil and how far it pushes? :s
