actually I doubt it, the 6400/6300 with 2mb cache would be easier to get to 400fsb yes, the 6420/6320 with 4mb cache are going to have similer if not the same characteristics as the 6600 except with a lower mutli.
I would get a 6600 off of tankguys so you know what kind you are getting but thats just me.

Still the 6600 will give you the easiest of those choices to oc because of the higher multi. I am not saying it will oc better thats depending on how lucky you get.

For the prices either go 6600 or 6320 if you wanna save a bit of cash seeing as how that mobo usually does really good with high fsb and the ram may be able to handle it.
