Forza 2 cars - Page 3

You know which car I hate the most? Its that bloody Corvette Lingenfelter or woteva its called. I raced with that joke of a car and its uncontrollable, even with small amounts of throttle the car goes into a slide and the TCS kicks in. Imagine racing with that car with TCS off, bloody impossible

Yes, because a Ligenfelter Corvette is such a typical American car. -_-

You want fast in a straight line, Hennesy Viper will take care of you.

I played it at my mates house and I have to say it looks superb and is a great game but I did notice quite a few graphic problems.

Mostly some of the textures.....they look HORRIBLE....some of the decals, some of the road......some of then are just BAD.

Game is good though

if you were to take any american car desginer to the sweeping roads of europe or asia, they'd probably die of a heart attack

The formula ford has downforce and slicks, of course it bloody beat a GT car in a race, thats obvious. Around a tight track a 250 cc Kart will DESTROY a Ford GT

EDIT - Negotiator, in the US roads are straight and usually not very good - ergo cars have softer suspension - their cars suit their roads - i wouldn't like to drive a Ford Fiesta 2k miles across the USA!

Yes, I'm sure a Corvette can't handle turning. -_- Yes, European and Asian cars may be better suited for Europe and Asia. That doesn't mean American cars are going to explode because of a hairpin.

Corvettes actually aren't that agile on track, because they aren't sports cars in the European sense of being designed for twisty roads - they're designed for blasting down freeways at rediculous speeds and yet being quite cheap, which they EXCEL at

Wrong! The formula fords do not have wings to generate downforce. They rely mainly on mechanical grip for their handling.
