Looking over everything you have tried, I would say it may be time for RMA. That realy sucks.

darn... i was hoping it didn't have to come down to RMA, but i guess i will have to.

hrm, anyone have experience with Asus RMAs? do they just send me the same exact board back after they try and fix the problem, or do i have a chance of getting a new board from them?

also should i stick with p5b-deluxe or are there other board options out there that i should explore? 400fsb with p5b-dlx seems pretty normal to me but apparently that broke mine lol... so i dunno anymore

turn it on with the power button with psu off then turn PSU on again and it should boot and to get 3.1Ghz i havent had touch anything in voltages
