The chip in this OC is a L645G, so is pretty close to your chip.

From some other threads, there has been some equally impressive numbers put up from the Gigabyte P35 board. I have always liked Asus, but you may want the check out both boards. Also, this may not be a board for you if you plan go SLI at some point. I am not sure what SLI options are available on the P35 chipset, or if you will have to wait for the X38 for that.

I realy like this board, already ordered another one.

I think he's on phase, not air. The pix of the Tuniqs are confusing though.

I am rooting for a G0 stepping. Much lower heat output (I hear between 95 and 105TDP, compared to the 130W TDP of the B3).

This should help those of us without Phase, or even water (though I fall into the later).

This gets me excited, I hope I can hit ~440-450 with the 975. I hear thats the extreme limit on this board =P.

EDIT: Turns out I dont need to be so hungry for lower multiplier/higher FSB after all. Virtually no change in performance:

My earlier post of the 500mhz FSB was while on air. I was shooting for 4.5 Ghz so I moved it to the phase unit. I just got another P5K Deluxe yesterday and will be putting together a Air Cooled Quad this weekend.

A 9 X 445 4Ghz should be very possible on air with this board, but will find out this weekend for sure. The one major drawback of the phase setup is the setup is much more time consuming and messy, so just swapping out motherboards and cpus can be a pain just for testing. I will most likely leave the existing P5K Deluxe in the phase unit till something new and exiting comes out that I want to push to the limit.

Man, Knitelife. Yourself and AMD_DAVE are dope. Loving those clocks! Can't wait to get my p35 Board to see how it fairs in comparison to this DS3.

If DDR3 was not so overpriced right now I would have tried out the P5K3-Deluxe, but at this time, performance vs price just does not justify it. My goal is to find a good setup for the July Price drops. 4 more Q6600 with G0 stepping if available by the end of July would be nice. This will give me 10 total Q6600 in the folding farm and put me well over 30Kppd. After that, I dont see any more upgrades till AMD and Intel come out with thier latest and greatest so I can compare the next generation of quads.

What don't you like quads on the P5N32-E?

I had my QX6800 up to over 3.5Ghz on air within 5 mins on this board.

If I had a phase to cool the CPU it would have been in the 4-4.5Ghz too I'm sure.
