I don't know if the layout is the same, but I have one of the older stackers, and I mounted a 480GTX internally to the top with the fans on the outside of the case. I used 4x 25mm fans with the insides cut out as a cheap shroud. It took like 3-4 tries and at least 2 sets of holes to get it all done, but it seems like its in there at the moment ok.
Since I still don't have the money for the rest of the components though, I don't have the system completely assembled yet. A pump should be able to fit at the bottom below the drive cage.
Now, this case is rather large, and I had to modify that weird top piece that came with the case to be able to get it all to fit. Even so, it still blocks off the top 3 bays of the case. The case is large enough to have it fitting in the front bays as well, if you take up the entire front set of bays.
Now, at the very least, IIRC your stacker only has one PSU location, rather than mine (which gives me more space to work with). You can probably mount the 360 in the front bays and the 240 at the top of the case, though you would encounter the problem of block off all your drive bays.
You might just want to do what Apollo did with his 480 and mount the 360 on the top of the case with a radbox, and hang the 240 on the back.
You could probably do alot though. Even the smaller stackers seem to have alot of room.
