Good.

Now i want to see this cooling method in laptops. since it moves heat in one direction it would cool down a laptop cpu nicely. they just got to make it small now.

Diamond actually is an extremely good thermal conductor. Diamond does 1000–2000 W/(m*K) while copper does 400 W/(m*K). Silver isn't even close either at only 429 W/(m*K).

My question is how they are able to produce the nanotubes cheaply. Last I checked, it was still very expensive to produce.

I care because I didn't hear about any breakthrough in nanotube manufactoring. There are many more important applications of massed produced nanotubes.... better processors, super strong materials, etc.

C60 has super conductive properties at relatively high temperatures. Some where around -50C. So if you made a processor out of C60 and then cooled it to -50C, you would get quite an overclock.
