That pritey cool but i am wating to see of intel can make a quad core (not a fake core)be for i jump ship back to intel.

i think that was a mistake. i'm pretty sure everywhere else they are called kentsfields.

yorkfield is supposed to be 45nm and newegg and the intel processor finder are showing it as a 1066fsb 65nm.

If you buy this, you really do have too much money.

Especially when you can simply overclock a Q6600 for less...

Maybe it would be good for extreme benchmarks under phase though.

OO have you forgot the days of the mitey intel powning? AMD came out with the first realy dual core wich put the Pentium Ds to shame.Also in a real quad core all the cores know what the othere are doing thus making it more aware of what to do next not what for INTELs out dates FSB system to tell it.this will boost the proformane greatly.I do like intel but they need to come out with the real deal before i buy one of there new procs.I just whant faster CPUs at better prices not some half @$$ thing for $1,200.
