I think you'll need AT LEAST an 8800GTS 320MB do decently play DX10 games.

get the GTX now, it's going to last a long time and with the evga step up program you can change it later anyways, beleive me i got mine on water and this thing books!

ya probably in 6 months it might go down 100 bucks maybe 200 so that money will be well worth getting it now and playing all these games on high.

Case is the most personal pick. Some don't care about looks (like me), and any cheapo case will do.

Others like more flashy stuff, and choose a case they like. Get the case you want... that's up to you
