You don't really listen to us eh Again picking high-speed RAM, while cheaper DDR2 800 RAM will do the job perfectly. ZipZoomFly has these Crucial sticks with LEDs for a nice price:
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...tCode=80061-32
(they have the same sticks without the LEDs, but those are currently out of stock: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80061-9)

Need better PSU, although I believe you gave up on SLI in the future (given the motherboard).
If no SLI, this Corsair will do perfectly fine:

If SLI is in the future, obviously you'll need a different motherboard, and we can look around for the earlier mentioned Silverstone.

Finally, it's also cheaper since you dropped Vista

Otherwise, looking good.

i think these memory sticks are better..they still run at 4-4-4-12

Id figure on the last set up I can take out the moniter, keyboard/mouse, change the psu to the crosair, get the gigabyte instead of asus, downsize to the e4300 c2d and save me 500 bucks...then i can save some money. Cause i dont see me ever doing sli And i think getting all that will give me good upgrade potential till ddr3 drops

well i did the math..if i dont even bother thinking about a new lcd moniter, keyboard/mouse, or sli I will save the difference of 400 dollars....I think I should just get the 22 inch moniter, optical wireless mouse, and sli capabilities for 400 dollars more..
